What services do you offer?

In short, customized coaching packages to help you reach your goals… We specialize in life path (career / vocation / calling / creativity / burnout avoidance) and relationship (communication / preparing yourself for partnership / connecting more deeply) coaching.

In long, it depends a lot on your goals. If you're just getting something new started or your scaling something in your life bigger, you may need a more involved approach. If you’re looking for partners to help you with your current systems and to be on your team while you maintain healthy habits, it might be an every other week kind of check in and coaching session. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

We’ll send you an intake form that will ALREADY help clarify things with guided questions, then we’ll have a 100% free hour long call with you. 50 minutes packed full of coaching goodness, and then 10 minutes of figuring out if we’re a good fit to move forward together and giving you package options.

Why a coach instead of a therapist or something?

Aside from the fact that we have 2 coaches for the price of 1? I mean that’s a pretty big one. Another factor is that we’re trained more than many. We’ve been certified in CBT techniques, and are in an intensive course getting our ICM and ICF certifications.

Coaching is weird… you can literally just call yourself a coach and start coaching. God love those people and their brazenness. Slay. Maybe it’s because we’ve got educational backgrounds in psychology and somatic health practices, but we want to make sure we’re doing the very best we can.

We tend to attract clients who are making BIG moves, in the midst of complex transitions, are extremely driven, possibly ADHD, often queer, sometimes polyamorous… Because of all that, we want to make sure we’re sensitive and capable to handle the unique situations that come with some of those factors.

How much does it cost?

Packages are going to differ based on what you’re looking for. We love a year long $10K container. There’s SO much we can do there. If you’re looking at transitioning a new career, starting your own business, want a boundary/communication overhaul, need accountability daily… it’s a steal. That said, we can also get a lot done with a free 1-hour session so don’t sleep on that. $1k/month. 3 months/$2800. 6 months/$5500 (our most popular package).

We’ve personally spent $12K+ on coaching this year. We believe in it. It makes a huge difference. And because it can be tied into your blocks around finances or clearing space to pursue your life and financial path with clarity, can you really afford not getting coaching? Wink wink, nudge, nudge.


Actually… it’s not so much an “instead of” thing. You might need both. There are a lot of things a therapist can do that we can’t. They can send you to a psychiatrist for medication. They can prescribe state recognized programs. They can diagnose you officially with things like autism, ADHD, mood disorders, etc.

And… there are a lot of things that we can do that therapists/psychs cannot. We can talk without barriers. We can give you specific action steps and experiment outside of the traditional Western medically accepted guidelines. We can recommend you start a tarot practice, or try some weird breath exercises, or break up with a toxic partner, or try acid for the first time. I mean… we probably won’t… but we could!

We could say an orthopedic doctor is to a personal trainer what a therapist is to a coach. For some big crisis and mental health things, therapists are going to be more equipped. For reaching goals, maintaining a path, and training mindset, coaches have more reach and often more tools to help you implement direct action. We’re like personal trainers for your mind.


How does this actually work?

We will send you an intake form with LOTS of questions. You’ll fill it out.

We’ll go over the intake form in the first session and clarify your goals, figure out what blocks you may have keeping you from those goals, use CBT and somatic techniques to help you accept and move past the blocks in your mind, body, emotional body,

We’ll come up with purpose-driven action items together by the end of the session (or if we need a bit more time, shortly after the session has ended) to implement before the next session.

We’ll send you a summary of the session and the key points, aha moments, things to look out for, things to lean into.
